We are recruiting PhD students for the 2026–2027 cycle. If you are interested, please fill out the interest form; Lauren will follow up in the fall. Applications to the University of Michigan’s PhD in Sustainability at SEAS are due December 1. Rackham also has great support for interdisciplinary studies and offers a dual-degree PhD program, enabling SEAS PhD students to get a PhD in both Sustainability and another department if desired.
If you are interested in a postdoc, please email Lauren with your research background, CV, research interests, and the fellowships you are considering (for example, Schmidt AI in Science, President’s, or IGCB fellowships).
We are not currently recruiting research assistants. Please check back periodically.
Please see SEAS master’s admissions. We do not have funding for master’s students at this time, but there may be opportunities in the future.
